“He lifted her so the dirty water would not touch her feet. That is all a father has left, some days — his arms.”

After the flood entered their lane, families walked out with children on their shoulders and whatever food they could hold above the water. Dry Ground meets them there: dry kits, a meal, a place to rest, and a promise that they are not forgotten.

Where does my donation go?

Donations support the cause you select. General Fund gifts go to the programme with the most immediate verified need. Teams document expenditure and publish progress.

Is my payment secure?

UPI opens your own app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm). Card and netbanking use Razorpay when that option is enabled. We never see your UPI PIN or card number. Razorpay gifts are confirmed only after server-side verification.

Can I donate anonymously?

Yes. Choose “Keep my donation private”. Your name will not appear on the Supporters Wall, recent donor lists or leaderboard.

Can I get a tax receipt?

We send an acknowledgement when we have your email. Do not claim 80G until a verified certificate is published on the Transparency page.

What if a payment fails but money is debited?

Most failed debits reverse in 3–5 business days. Keep the payment reference and write to us if it does not.

Can I support without donating online?

Yes. Ask us about volunteering, partnerships or a verified bank transfer. Offline gifts are recorded and included in public totals.
